To be honest I bought them because they were cheap and I wanted to play with some glitter. They stay on nails very well and have a nice shine, but after about a week I noticed that the iridescent material started to fade and they became transparent. However, this is easily solved by applying a clear or glossy gel top coat over it. Also, I tend to wash dishes and such with my manicure, so I'm sure it won't be a problem if you're more careful. I will just buy them again because the seller seems very nice and they even sent a small package with other gems and appliques to try them for free.
