I LOVE this product! We got it for our outdoor kitties and it has been a lifesaver. My husband built a big solid house for 4 kittens but we recently lost 2. The house is too big to just keep 2 kittens warm so we bought it to help and it works great. 2-3 full-grown fur balls fit in easily. Best of all we had a snow storm last week which caused the outside temperature to drop to -3 early in the morning (the water in the house was freezing). I ordered a fork in a heating pad to keep warm but it was delayed. In desperation, I threw a bundle of rice in a sock, tied it up, microwaved it for 5 minutes and threw it in her house ON the feed. The pad reflected the heat from the makeshift "heat source" and kept it warm for hours without the water freezing. It would be great to have on hand for emergency preparation.
