Still worked fine. I've never had an SSD failure. It failed badly with many bad sectors and a bad partition. I would suggest it's HP, a respected well-known manufacturer that offers strong service support and reliability; therefore it is not. The warranty procedure included with the product prevents you from contacting HP support. They don't even mention the fact that Multipointe is responsible for warranty claims. Fortunately, Revain reviewers pointed out the possibility of applying via multipoints. Yes, even if I've found a point of contact to file a warranty claim for an HP SSD, they're most likely slow to respond to your email (and the only way to contact them is via email) even after they've sent a received faulty SSD storage device. It took 2 months to complete the warranty claim and get another working SSD. I wouldn't be surprised if this happened anywhere other than the United States. The quality of the product is poor, as is the warranty. Be careful when choosing a product for your own time and expense. Much luck.
