Fits 1/8" Hole Panel Hook to 1/4" Hole Panel Holes. They do a great job of reducing the loosening of 1/8" hooks when used in a 1/4" pegboard and reduce the tendency for hooks to fall out of the pegboard when, for example, the tool is off hook is removed, considerably . I could use a huge obsolete collection of 1/8 hooks in a new 1/4 board. They're a little tight. To the point where I was concerned that the perforated panel might tear when I hung it. Pretty expensive for what they are (somewhat molded silicone). I recommend. Would buy again.
