They are very responsive to our needs - we have used them for years now with no issues at all! The staff members I've dealt with were always friendly & professional- they really do know their stuff when it comes to solving business problems/issues via software solutions. We use OBS primarily as part of Salesforce but also utilize its capabilities within other systems such as ServiceNow etc.- It enables us (the sales team) quick access into critical information that would normally take hours or days otherwise.
