Review on Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Pelton Slotted Spatula, Gray - Professional Fish Turner, Nonstick Pan Safe by Jack Herrera

The first thing I ordered and paid for was a Matfer spatula about a year ago. What I got wasn't Matfer. I decided it wasn't big money so I went ahead and used it. I later ordered Matfer from another source and voila, it's actually labeled as Matfer. See photo for comparison. Matfer says it's made out of Exoglass, while the fake appears to be made out of nylon. The fake actually performed quite well, with a slight edge curl that I can correct with a sheet of fine sandpaper on a flat surface. I would have given it 4 stars for performance but I deducted 2 stars because Revain charged me one and sent me a cheaper one.
