Updates: I bought this item because the hole got so big that it didn't help me to put the screw in the hole anymore. But the new bar isn't as straight as it seems in the photo, it's tilted at about 45 degrees. Although it is standard and designed for my toilet, it rubs against the porcelain on the toilet. So I use an existing metal rod and just swap out the lever. Looks like they sent me THU068 even though that description says THU004. I echo what everyone else is saying about the durability of the part due to wear on the oval slot at the top. I'm giving three stars because this took quite a while for me. I managed to fix it and I hope it works for a while. Removed a short screw from the PCI computer card, put it in this broken gap and lightly hammered it with a hammer so the screw's threads were stuck and the head of the screw was against the outside wall of the handle. If it shifts I'll probably try adding epoxy around the screw.
