I have to say I would have given this 5 stars when I first tried it, but after about 2 months, my scalp broke out when I left it in for about 3-4 hours. I was *trying* to see if I could condition while I did other things around the house, but it left my scalp really irritated. It took about 1 year for my skin to clear. I don't know what I reacted to and I haven't had the reaction since I stopped using it, but it worked great before that incident. Essentially, it's a wonderful product of you use it as directed and don't let it sit on your scalp (if you can avoid it).
