Review on 🌈 Aura Meditation Fountain: Serene 3 Tiered LED Waterfall from Danner Manufacturing, Inc. by Thomas Landis

UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me in the comments on this review and asked me to email them the order details and address. I emailed them everything they needed and got a response that the replacement part would be shipped immediately. It's been at least three months and nothing has been sent. I think the comments they leave on bad reviews are mostly for looks and they assume no one will see them or reply to them. It's just a crappy little fountain after all, but it's a crappy little fountain that's been taking up space on my desk for months because I figured I might as well keep it. I really liked him while he was standing. The sound of the water was pleasant and loud. No loud engines. It looked beautiful and was easy to keep clean. The included power adapter stopped working after 6 months. I unplugged it to clean it and when I plugged it back in the adapter was rattling and broken. It's that ultra-cheap power supply that used to be found at flea markets and dollar stores with thirty-year-old Chinese novelties -- the ones that break if you look too closely. I checked the manufacturer's website, they don't sell replacement parts. In fact, I couldn't find a replacement anywhere on the internet. My 30 day guarantee has expired. I called their helpdesk and the woman I spoke to was very rude and sounded like she was trying her best not to laugh at me. They seem to make all their money from expensive pumps and fountains for gardens and pools, and they don't bother with the old crap they sell on Revain.
