I like that this is one site to check for all my information needs. it's easy access from anywhere which makes things easier when needing assistance or if you have questions about your current plan/employee benefits etc.. It would be nice sometimes with some of their sites we had issues accessing but not often did they help out until i was told something different than what someone else said so make sure before u go somewhere new! You can get any answer in minutes by going here as many times per day are allowed through to ensure an accurate account has been put into place!! We've used Ram over 30 years ago back then there were no computers at our department store locations where everyone worked together remotely (office workers only) now its hard to keep up and find info fast enough. Accessing ram online lets us solve problems quickly rather than having employees drive around looking up answers while still being able to work during lunchtimes away from office desks without interruptions (a BIG plus!). Also helps me look things up easily even though Im not familiar wih them yet - great way to learn quick when trying to figure solutions (we do alot of insurance stuff.) Easy interface It is a great tool for the company to communicate with our customers. It is also very helpful to our customers to be able to communicate back to us. It is not very user friendly. It is difficult to navigate and it is difficult to find a specific message. It is also difficult to send multiple messages at the same time. It is a great way to communicate with customers. We can communicate with them on a regular basis and we can also communicate back to them.
