I like that this is one site to check for all my information needs. it's easy access from anywhere which makes things easier when needing assistance or if you have questions about your current plan/employee benefits etc.. It would be nice sometimes with some of their sites we had issues accessing but not often did they help out until i was told something different than what someone else said so make sure before u go somewhere new! The main benefit is being able to store all of our contacts in one place. It makes contacting people very easy! There are other programs that can do this too but ours was free so it made more sense for us to use than pay hundreds of dollars when we could have done just as well with something we already had installed. So far I like everything about our contact manager other than how to export reports. That's where some help would be appreciated. With Contact Manager you don't need multiple phone
