I bought this item as a backup as my previous one is 3 years old and the battery life is starting to decrease. I received it and was very happy to use it for a long time. It felt very odd that it has some weight on either side (to make sure the product stays on the neck). When I started running these kettlebells started bouncing around on my collarbone which was annoying for the first mile but then it started to hurt - I ran 4 miles and my collarbone was red and sore. The pain lasts 2 days. This is a relatively good quality working headset, but it's not designed for heavy movement. Maybe if you're into gym cycling or SUP (although I haven't tried whether it's actually waterproof) - without much exercise. I am returning the product because I only do running and it is not suitable for this sport
