-The ability to use various tools to manage the candidate file.-Sales Talent has made process in finding the right new hire seamless.-The speed and accuracy of getting through the interview process.- The ability to work on a project with other teams. There is nothing I dislike. I am impressed with Sales Talent- The ability to do more in less time. Sales Talent allows us to hire quickly for specific roles. We have several projects going on at once and Sales Talent allows us to work with multiple teams at the same time. They have excellent people who are very knowledgeable about what they do and where you can find potential candidates for your position. The system is not easy to use or navigate. This makes it difficult when trying to search for talent for your organization but if you know how to use it, it's great. I think we need more training on this site so that it is easy to navigate and understand. We're using them to fill several positions and we've been extremely pleased with their results.
