Installed in my 2014 x3 (NBT). I already have this type of product installed. If you're familiar with disassembling the dash, that's fine, as the modules are essentially plug and play. In general it works fine. The installation instructions and videos weren't very good, but the support team was helpful. I had to mount the module behind the screen in the car instead of behind the radio or in the glove compartment due to the cable length. You REALLY have to pull the screen out anyway, contrary to what is shown in the video on this car.
