They really seem to be working.
I've never had to wear glasses for anything but I've definitely felt the eyestrain and headaches that come with too much/excessive screen time. I bought these based on positive reviews and a great price and am completely satisfied with my purchase. I really liked the case and napkin for wiping the glasses. I've found them to help my eyes refocus and relax after several hours of computer work. Also great for watching movies with the lights off.
