Review on DEEPCOOL RF120 3in1 120mm RGB LED PWM Fans 💡 Bundle with Fan Hub & Extension, ASUS Aura Sync Compatible by Demian Shah

Ordered a set of 3 fans for a new PC. After assembling all the components and powering on the system I had no issues when I got to the Windows 10 desktop and quickly noticed that 1 fan was on but the blades were NOT spinning. So I checked the wire connections to the fan connectors. I switched the cable to other ports on the MB and the fan only lit up the RGB but didn't spin. The other two fans were perfect. I was able to change the colors of all three fans. Only 1 fan was DOA. This happened even after switching and disconnecting all the cables that were connected in series between the fans (according to Deepcool's instructions on how to connect all cables together). Upon booting up, I noticed that all three fans were moving, but the fan in question was either spinning quickly or just moving and stopping. Once, and only once, did this defective fan run at full speed for just under 30 seconds. Never turn again. I contacted Deepcool directly and not Revain because I figured I wanted to see if they would replace ONE fan and let me keep two good ones. They replied twice via email. First they asked for a video. I did this by sending a link from my google drive to a video showing one of the three fans not spinning while all three are on. They said back that the link was automatically removed by Revain and suggested I submit it some other way. I came back by replying to the video with a link from MediaFire. After that I never heard from the seller again. Very disappointing. So I started the return directly through Revain with no issues and settled on another unnamed brand which I'm very happy with. I'm sure Deepcool is a great product but I have to take stars out of the review simply because of my experience with both the product and the service.
