The odd thing is that most of them aren't caused by cheapening; even vice versa. Deepcool has spent money to degrade the performance of these fans and it's confusing. I am very satisfied with this set. Includes 3 x 120mm RGB 12V fans controlled by the motherboard, a fan hub that uses a header to power and control four fans, and a 4-pin RGB 12V header adapter. After assembling all the components and powering on the system I had no issues when I got to the Windows 10 desktop and quickly noticed that 1 fan was on but the blades were NOT spinning. I configured these fans for exhaust 1 at the back and 2 at the top. Connected to my motherboard is a 12V LED controlled by RGB Fusion 2.0.
