The box has been opened and sealed. There were no instructions or materials to help me understand the setup. The hardware didn't seem perfect either. The included screws looked only slightly larger than the holes on the bracket. I had to add my own shims to increase stability. I don't mind using a converted model, but it should be specified in advance. This product definitely seems to be the most stable product I have seen for a VESA mount compatible with this range of Samsung monitors. However, stability must be compromised. The arm being so close to the bottom means the monitor can easily tip down because the top is heavy. I keep it because it works but I will think twice before buying anything from this brand in the future.
