Very nice pocket watch and cool look!
After two weeks of use it is working perfectly. It's a matter of following the instructions that came with the box, basically turning the crown clockwise every day until it's tight. You'll also need to adjust the time daily, but this is a small adjustment as this clock has a one-minute lag every day compared to a digital clock. That's it. I recommend this pocket watch
