everything is fine at first, super suction power. But it suddenly stopped - forever - after about 10 minutes. It turns out that the filter window is SMALL; can't take too much. And the filter paper has to be very thick because it was covered with a thick layer of dust, but the dust didn't get into the little box underneath that's supposed to hold the dirt until you empty it. In other words, it's tiny, dust can't get into the storage box, so it will burn out. When I said I wanted to return it they sent me another one without my asking and now they want me to send it back so there are many manufacturers out there. This is where confusion arises.
