The service is very good with regard to communication between us (the clients) as well their team! They deliver great content & insights for our campaigns that are aligned perfectly so we can go forward confidently in terms or what needs doing next/how this will impact my business etc.- Not much I dislike about them - they do have an international reach which means it's not just UK-centric but also global too though if you need something specific then maybe look into working directly wth one off agencies who specialise more at your country eg US agency instead? Communication around campaign plans has become far easier than before since using 87BPs services where i've had brilliant success getting feedback from colleagues / partners within larger organisations when implementing marketing programmes via socials like Facebook adverts.
