Incorrectly marked. Useless to me.
Fifty-six cents for something I can't use and shouldn't be, that's fifty-six cents wasted. Check the picture. It's nothing 1 1/2". My time is worth more than fifty-six cents to get to the bottom of this, so I'm not tracking it, but be aware.
