The first mirror I received was broken (glass) so I contacted Revain and it was easy to return. I got my money back and a new mirror for free. The return trip was also free. I also received my replacement quickly and without breakage. My husband put it to me instead of the same mirror that was loosened. The mirror is very high quality and durable. Its movement mechanisms are smooth and light, if a bit stiff at first. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is that the lower, smaller, high magnification mirror is very distracting. It's hard to know what you're generally doing when this thing gets in the way. And I find that the magnification of the lower mirror isn't much different than the larger one, making it an underdog and a major inconvenience. the fact that it looked well made.
