We are solving our file storing issues by uploading files which gets stored locally or online depending upon permission given (we have 2 different users). The ability to track all of our work in one place with an easy-to-use interface, and it's very customizable so we can easily keep up with our projects. I wish there was more customization options available when working on a project, but that's really nitpicking. We've been able to streamline our workflow for internal clients and external customers by using this tool. It has helped us organize our work better than before, which is what we needed.
