I bought this doll for my 2 year old granddaughter on the recommendation of another mother with 5 beautiful girls. She was upstairs; my granddaughter LOVES! She could change outfits and dress little girls the way she liked. It is easy to use, especially for baby's little fingers. She liked coasters so the girls could "play" with each other. I wish they had a lid. However, good solid construction and many variations in outfits.

What's the use if clothes can't be stacked on top of each other? It's Melissa and Doug, so my expectations were high. The magnets are not strong enough to fold the top of a dress or sun skirt over shorts or other clothing. It really limits creativity. The one-sided pattern of clothing and accessories disappointed. The sorting box has no lid. It is an inconvenient shape and size to find suitable storage. The children aged 3 to 6 years need a lid, a carrying handle and a sorting tray.

My 2.5 year old granddaughter loves this set. It is very well made and a lot of fun to play with. Frustration arises when the top is too long to add different pants. I have no idea why the designers would add such a level of frustration to such a wonderful toy. All clothes must match! Only 2 hats are included. Knowing how much children love hats is short-sighted. I got this for my niece for Christmas who just turned 4 at the time and it was such a big hit. It was the only Christmas present she wanted to play with non-stop. If your kids are fashion loving and creative, this would be a good gift. My only complaint/warning: All parts have magnets glued to the back. First I bought the version with "damaged packaging" from the Revain warehouse. I should have known better.
