Review on YAMATIC Pressure Washer Hose 50 FT 1/4" Kink Free M22-14Mm Brass Thread Replacement For Most Brand Pressure Washers, 3200 PSI by Krystal Saddler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I washed both vehicles where they sat, and never had to move the machine.

Admittedly a little skeptical about choosing this hose due to some negative reviews, including blistering, kinks, and leaks. I ordered the 50’ version on the 2nd of September, it arrived at noon on the 4th. I was prepared to order a factory Simpson 25’ hose in my shopping cart in the event that the Yamatic proved a failure. I took it out of the box, connected it to the washer using non supplied Teflon tape, connected it to the sprayer, again using non supplied Teflon tape. It uncoiled right out of the box and laid out flat without a kink. Fired up the washer saw no leaks anywhere and began washing. I washed my gray truck, and then my wife’s "she trailer”. The hose was dragged on concrete and on gravel while being used without any issues. Once or twice when pulling the hose around it would get a loop, but I only had to rotate the sprayer wand a time or two clockwise and the loop would resolve itself. I shut it down nearly 45 minutes later. I stretched out the hose and under pressure the hose is pretty stiff and it was not going to coil for storage. I bled the water out of it, and the hose became relaxed and flexible. I coiled it up on the machines hanger without a problem, but I didn’t like having to drag the sprayer across the gravel and concrete as I wound up the hose. I will look for a quick connect adapter For the sprayer end to avoid that. So far I’m impressed.

Pros
  • Doesn't fit the sunjoe I bought as a gift nozzle too
Cons
  • May not support hot water use
