Wonderful little journal

I’ve probably tried over 5+ different journaling books/styles but the habit never stuck - I think like a lot of people, I was intimated by the ‘vast emptiness’ of a brand spanking new journal and was afraid of messing it up. Transformative for my opinion

I’ve tried doing diaries before and find myself wanting to write too much, and therefore giving up. I wanted something simple and quick that would allow me to focus on happiness in my life, and this diary checked those boxes. It can take less than or a little more than 6 minutes a day, half in the morning and half at night. This is a great journal and very well made. I love the material and it looks very nice. It includes weekly questions as well a monthly check in rating yourself on a scale in many areas such as health, fun, mindfulness, finances, etc. There is also a habit tracker each month with spaces for three habits of your choice to track. The best diary/journal I've ever owned

I'm only on day three and I already feel like this diary is going to work wonders for my life. I also bought one for my mom, and she loves it too. It takes a couple minutes in the morning to fill out and then a couple minutes before bed, hence the "6-Minute" title. :) The diary also comes with a lengthy, yet incredibly helpful, introduction that educates you on living a positive life and how to get the most out of this journal. I love this Diary! Earlier in the tear, I tried to reorder the 5 minute journal which I loved. They were sold out and I tried the 6 minute diary which I prefer. Effective way to put your life on track

This journal helped me focus on the good experiences in my life - and helped me to see there are always some positives in my day.even if they are small ones. This has helped me move through the grief of a recent family tragedy. It was enlightening to see the feelings and emotions change over the six months. The best one out there!

This is a super well designed journal. Unlike others, it provides the psychological research behind its methods. It is a hard cover so easy to write it, the pink color is a baby pastel pink and super cute. I've literally purchased 5 more copies of this and gifted them out during Christmas to my loved ones. A great journal for all. And everyone should become more mindful and invest in a daily journal.

Easy to use and makes a difference

I've been using this for about 3 weeks and I love it. It's easy to commit just 3 minutes in the morning and evening (and a few extra at the start of each week). I bought this along with a goal focused planner- but honestly this was all I needed. I've barely picked up the planner. This journal really does orient your attitude towards gratitude and achieving goals. Definitely a good purchase.

I love this journal! It has helped me be more positive, grateful and hopeful. And it takes very little time each day. I will say that the weekly questions aren't usually super helpful or applicable to me, so I could do without that. And the habit tracker isn't very useful because you'd have to keep track of and keep flipping back to that page and I'd never remember to do that. Works for me best in my review

I love this journal. It's short and sweet and to the point. But most importantly, it has helped me so much through the pandemic. I have had a better attitude and used my time wisely. I am planning to buy one for a friend for her birthday and I'll get another one for myself when this is full.

As a therapist, this diary is a godsend

I made a bulk order of these diaries after starting my own. It really helps focus on gratefulness and habit changing without the guilt-trip. I love the quotes on every page; They're inspiring! It is a good way to self-monitor without being overbearing. I love the positive approach of the diary and how they explain the psychology of why it works. I can't sing its praises enough.--Please keep in mind that this diary is not a substitute for professional psychotherapy.

Motivates my productivity!

I have enjoyed using my diary everyday. It has helped me stayed organized, productive, and hone in on the things I'm grateful for. This has also challenged me to think of some of the more mundane things I appreciate, like a great cup of coffee. Overall, it has been a great addition to my morning and nightly routines. Because the daily questions are repetitive (necessary though), I can see myself getting one of these once a year and using something else in between.

I upgraded from the 5 minute journal to this one. I love the informative opening and the weekly reflections.I could do some of this on my own but I think having this tool is really a great way to transform life.
