Best journal ever best in my review

This journal really changed my life. I was going through a very tough time towards the beginning of this year. Through writing in this journal, it has changed my mindset and created a healthy habit. Now after having the journal since January, I feel so much better. Explaining the psychology behind things helped me to better understand how this journal creates more mindfulness and overall happiness over time. Don’t hesitate to buy!

Made my mom cry. - my new review

Overall, a good journal

There is a lot to like about this diary. It's simply beautiful and bound traditionally with two ribbons as place holders, which I love. Gives a daily motivational quote, place to write three things you are grateful for, etc. However, some of it gets redundant. It asks you to write a positive affirmation which I struggle with because it tends to be the same thing each day. I also don't like that it's not a real DIARY. Aside from three small lines, it doesn't give you room to actually write about

A Great self reflection and growth tool!

So far I am really enjoying "The 6 Minute Diary"! It is exactly what I was looking for. There is more reading than I was expecting and I am not usually a person who reads. But I am actually enjoying the reading part of it as well as the self reflection and prompts. If you are looking for a journal with tons of blank space for writing, this may not be what your looking for. While there is space to write, I combine this book with my empty journal as part of my morning routine!

Just what I needed!

This was an impulse buy and I'm so glad that I happened upon it. I love everything about this diary and using it daily, has definitely made a difference within me. As Christmas approaches, I will most likely purchase one or two as gifts.

Best of diaries for processing and focus

I love the 6 minute diary SO MUCH! it does limit how much I can write due to limited space BUT that is the point! When I start journaling I go on and on. This gets my my morning gratitude and other starters done quickly and my evening thoughts done quickly. It has all the best life coach suggestions down to a quick and simple morning/evening plan without too many "bells and whistles”. If quickly helps me target and process so I can focus, breathe and get on with my day or to bed!

Superlative. A True Game Changer

I've finished my first 6 Minute Diary and am now using the sequel The 6 Minute Diary Pure. I am so grateful that I was given this as a gift, and after taking time to read the introduction, I began wholeheartedly to follow the advice, and it has changed the way I think. The best accident I have bought

I bought this book because I wanted to try a Diary again. I never seem to make it work for long. I love this book. I just recently started a weight loss program and was already "cheating" on it. I read very quickly, but for some reason I am taking the forward to this diary very slowly. Satisfied Customer on my review.

I was told good things about this book but to have it is a whole different store. It's more than just a dairy, it's a life changer. It makes you think about life differently along with questions that will make inner issues come to the forefront, so you can handle them accordingly.I will definitely be buying this book again and again.

Best thing since voodoo donuts

I recently started reading the miracle morning, and he suggested a book like this. I searched it up and it actually was looking for a different one that he initially suggested… But came across this on. Got it today, and I am so impressed that I will now be getting this for all my coaching clients. This is the power of affirmations. Seratonin boost! in my review

This book is changing my life! It enables me to start each day focused, positive and grateful before engaging with my kids. School mornings have become easy and happy as opposed to stressful and tense. It helps me remember what is really important to me before I start each day, and it takes so little time that it fits easily into my morning.

Inspirational best in my review

I’ve always been very badly at journaling because I can’t get myself to focus, and just write what happened in my day. I love this journal because it helps prompt you in what to think about. I also have the additional weekly, and monthly questions that really help work on focusing on gratitude, and positivity.

Get it! Way better than the 5 Minute Journal

I first bought the 5 minute journal because of all the hype online, however the pages just fall out! Found this as an alternative because I love the daily habit of gratitude and this one’s quality is top notch. Pages are sown together not glued. Much better alternative and cheaper! Please make it in cream!

Wonderful guided journaling

I struggled with unstructured journaling, tending to do it for a short while then it falls by the wayside. This guided journal really helps me to stick with it every day and I love the thought provoking weekly questions! I have only been doing this a week but already feel positive changes in the way I feel during the day while holding on to my gratitudes and affirmation. Honestly, I didn't yet read through the beginning material and just jumped right in, I am interested and will read through it

Great start to journaling

I have numerous journals and have had a practice for a long time. I got this one to put by my bedside as a first/last thing of the day. I really like it for that as it allows me to start and finish my day in a positive manner without taking much time. I would also highly recommend this for anyone who is just starting out on a gratitude/mindfulness practice or someone seasoned, like me, who just wants a little more in their life.
