The best diary/journal I've ever owned
I'm only on day three and I already feel like this diary is going to work wonders for my life. I also bought one for my mom, and she loves it too. It takes a couple minutes in the morning to fill out and then a couple minutes before bed, hence the "6-Minute" title. :) The diary also comes with a lengthy, yet incredibly helpful, introduction that educates you on living a positive life and how to get the most out of this journal. Would recommend, I will be buying one for my friend's birthday later this month! :)
