Transformative for my opinion

I’ve tried doing diaries before and find myself wanting to write too much, and therefore giving up. I wanted something simple and quick that would allow me to focus on happiness in my life, and this diary checked those boxes. It can take less than or a little more than 6 minutes a day, half in the morning and half at night. Make sure if you are a first time user to buy the regular diary, not the "Pure”, or you won’t get the book in the beginning explaining why the diary was created and how to use it. Happy writing!
