Contrary to the description, this product is NOT suitable for adults! I'm 5ft 5in and when I tried to use this strap it was moving from leg to back. After that, it's a HUGE resistance to move and it doesn't even come close to my other leg. Nothing was said about the colors possibly being different sizes, so that's out of the question. Nothing says to tear the tape before attempting to use it to even reach both legs, so that's out of the question. I noticed that there is NO indication of the length of this strip in the description. If you take a ruler it will be about 43 inches long. For comparison, I looked at direct competitor Tolbi, and his strap is **90 INCHES LENGTH**! In summary, this group is only for SMALL CHILDREN. I think even someone who is 5'0" would have a hard time using this band. The show's instructions have the dancers wrap the product around their foot multiple times during use*. This is absolutely wrong and impossible . It must be returned which is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Do not intend to use this unless you are seven years old. This group, contrary to what is said here, is NOT 'for everyone' ".
