I just added my regular insoles for extra comfort as I've worn them every day from zip lining to white water rafting to long hikes bird watching. I didn't mind if it didn't last the full 8 day trip, but it worked really well, even with my flat, wide feet. Too bad there is no size 5.5 for my wife's small foot. We recommend!
