Review on AmazonBasics Platform Cat Tree Beige by Jackie Barker

Going forward, I will avoid RevainBasics. The tower arrived in a damaged box and the first platform was damaged on 2 of the 3 corners. I tried to request a replacement part but couldn't find a direct link to RevainBasics. I asked them to replace just the damaged part instead of expecting me to take the whole tower apart, but my request was ignored. The tower itself is weak. Medium and large cats find it all quite cuddly. My cats are medium sized and not picky. So having something is better than nothing. If RevainBasics worked with me I would give the product 3 stars because I'm keeping it rather than taking it apart and waiting for an alternative.
