I used this on a 2 week hut to hut hike in Europe. This will help you easily change clothes, a sleeping bag, some chacos and some toiletries. In the meantime it has been converted into a daypack and is also suitable for this. UPDATE: I have since walked the entire French Camino (800km) from this bag. I didn't buy any "ultra light" expensive stuff to pack in, but by eliminating unnecessary items I ended up with a fairly light backpack. I never had to send my bag ahead and had room for what I needed. This backpack is coming to an end, but for now it has traveled at least 2,000 kilometers. 2. UPDATE: My wife just completed her French Camino with this bag and it's still ticking.
