Review on 🍮 Sweese 509.003 Porcelain Round Ramekins for Baking, 6 oz Creme Brulee Dish - Set of 6 in Cool Assorted Colors by Steve Chomos

Bought these to replace my deeper molds after reading some tips on perfecting crème brûlée. They arrived well packaged in a variety of fun colors. The water bath was a little tricky to pour on the first try, but they baked the pudding faster and more evenly than my deep ones. The wide, flat surface provided plenty of room for karmalized sugar. The pudding got a little warm as it burned, but I suppose I just need a little practice. Great product so far.
