I love this bag but honestly it gets 5 stars because of the great customer service I received from the owner. When I took the bag out of the box, the side zipper fell off. For some reason it was never attached during production. The zip and slider were in excellent condition, allowing me to determine that it was just an accident and not a defect or problem with the zip. The owner responded quickly, was very apologetic and sent me a new bag the same day. He even allowed us to leave the first one. I think I'll use it as a backup. We would be very thankful. I love the design of the bag and that everything is mesh and so breathable. It goes perfectly with all of my husband's dresses as well as some of mine. But one word of advice, if you have all your gear and it's quite heavy, carry it by the hand straps, which are very strong, rather than a shoulder strap. My gear isn't too heavy for him, but his BC gear, which has a steel plate, makes all the gear too heavy for the bag's strap, and he broke the strap. It's not the pocket though, I don't know of any belt that can hold that much weight on a fabric about 1 inch thick. (minimum 80 pounds). Overall we are very happy with the bag and I would definitely recommend it.
