This is NOT plug and play on my computer! Worked 2 months to get it working. Finally managed to recognize 1TB. UPDATE: Sent back for warranty replacement. REJECTED! They said it was "intervening" which wasn't! This is a drive that did NOT work right out of the box! I'm not an electronics expert, opening will void the warranty, I wouldn't risk the warranty just to "look inside". Contacted support twice and tried to get it working but to no avail. Contact the BBB for help!
