I wasn't certain about this but it works great! I wear it every night. Keeps the moisture in when I set my hair up in braids, it keeps my curls if I don't.put it back up for the night. I'll probably buy a 2nd one soon.For those with hair longer than your shoulders though, it's to small. Not sure if they have a longer size
- Love this cap. It doesn’t irritate my ears or give me a headache when sleeping in it.
