🧩 Sudoku Board Game with Wooden Drawer Review

Well put together game. Looks great and would make a great Christmas present. I gave four stars because my husband, who was the recipient, said to give it. He said the numbers were too close together and the number squares were slippery. He had a minor stroke, that could be the problem. I think it's a clear set.

I've wanted a wooden Sudoku set for a long time but was wary of ordering one online as what you get is often different than what you get from the expect listing. I think this is a really good set, the tile storage drawer is good because it has separate compartments for number sets. I would recommend this set to Sudoku lovers who don't like pen and paper puzzles.

Overall, this sudoku game does the job. I like the design. I think the overall size is good, Draw is good for storing wooden tiles and puzzle books. I also like that they include a few sets of extra numbered tiles in case someone misplaces the originals. With all of this, for the $30 price tag, I expected better wood construction. This item IMO looks and feels like cheap materials. For me personally it would be fine, but I wouldn't give it.

My father loves Sudoku and has a large collection of Sudoku books in his library. Last Christmas I gave him a wonderful wooden Sudoku set to show him a new way to play. The set comes with 100 puzzles and the great thing is that he can still use books from his Sudoku library to provide him with additional puzzles to solve with this set. Very well done - like a little Scrabble board with tiles and a well thought out grid. I really wanted to find a wooden sudoku board game that was handmade and good quality but it doesn't seem to exist which I don't understand. Manufacturers produce high-end playsets for Backgammon, Scrabble, Chess and Monopoly, so why not a Sudoku set?
