Very happy with this item. One of my fears was that the barrels would separate with a light draw, but that wasn't the case. I tore the paracord with moderate force as if it had been pulled from my throat and the stem came loose. Just pulling the cord didn't dislodge it, although I imagine if you pull on it with enough force to choke someone the barrel would dislodge. Ideal. When cycling I use paracord with a pop bar connected to a neck knife. It works perfectly. There are videos on YouTube on how to make a paracord knot small enough to easily fit in a pop keg. First and foremost, the last centimeter of the inner nylon cord is removed from the inside and the knot is then slightly melted with the cigarette lighter. Highly recommended.
