Review on πŸ”₯ Breville PolyScience Control Freak Induction Cooking System with Temperature Control by Bryan King

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The only hob I have

When I moved into my first house I realized I wanted induction, not gas or electric. While contemplating getting a four-burner induction cooktop, I've craved Control Freak's level of control for so long that I've decided to buy just one burner, fully expecting the sacrifices one burner would make would expect stove top. I'm surprised to say that's not the case at all. It takes so little time to boil water and heat food to the right temperature, so it's not difficult to quickly cook multiple dishes in a row and quickly reheat them before serving. In fact, trying to multitask on a four-burner gas stove was a lot more stressful because it was never possible to heat something quickly and evenly at the last second. two minutes to twenty and I've never had a gas stove whisper like Control Freak. It also takes up very little table space and I can take it anywhere I need it, including the kitchen counter for hot pots.
