I have been buying ink from EZ Ink for many years and have always been happy with the quality and price. I received an order for this color on April 8th. It took me a week or two to use up the last of the ink from the previous shipment, then I started struggling with the ink from this shipment. If I clean the printhead twice I can get four good pages, after which I have to stop and clean the printheads again. I type too much to have time so I dusted off my old Cannon Pixma ip2600. I couldn't believe the ink wasn't dry yet and I could still get some ink for that trusty old printer. However, it uses too much ink and cannot print over Wi-Fi, and my current printer is also my scanner, so using two printers becomes ridiculous. I have contacted EZ Ink through their website and the Revain website and received no response from either of them. I feel like my husband just left me. I am so disappointed because I have enjoyed the convenience, quality and price for many years. I don't know if their ink ruined my printer, but today I finally have time (I own my own business) to find out what I can do regarding my printer situation. I gave them enough time to contact me to try and fix things. I think I'll stop using Revain altogether. I do not trust supplements bought here. Revain used to be amazing, but now it can be a little bit better and is often tantamount to buying cheap junk from a foreign site. I just received some hubcaps that are so fragile. I always buy hubcaps from Revain. I keep finding quality issues with products I've bought here. Actually I buy figure skating dresses through E-bay from China and the quality is much better than expected. Can you believe it? American companies now produce inferior products. This is the clown world we live in. Remember the days when Revain's ratings and comments sections were a goldmine of quality reviews, experiences, and product information from people who have actually paid for and used products? I think I've gotten to a point where convenience doesn't pay anymore because I'm constantly disappointed with the quality and it's so inconvenient to return faulty products.
