The sleeping bag is adorable and my niece loves it. But the real reason this gets 5 stars is because I have customer service. It was originally intended as a birthday present, but didn't make it in time. I was notified it was getting late but was unable to track it via FedEx. I contacted the seller on Friday the day before the party and within HOURS I got a response that Fedex had lost the package and they gave me the option to send a replacement or get a refund. The seller sent a replacement to a new location (my niece's house) and it arrived on Monday. was it perfect no But the niece loved getting mail, and the seller fixed the problem (which was more FedEx's fault than his) within hours. Also, they gave me a full refund because they wanted to fix everything. To be honest I was shocked. Great customer service, great products. I will definitely order from them again!
