Review on RockShox IFP Air Valve Adapter Tool for Bicycles by Ahmed Rowe

Used in maintenance of rt3 deluxe monarch and rt monarch. Worked well both times. Push it straight in and very carefully. I could see it twisted easily, it's a very soft metal so try not to twist the threads. As previously mentioned, disconnect the adapter and pump as a unit rather than disconnecting the pump from the adapter first. Carefully unscrew it again, trying not to pull the hose too hard. Unfortunately Rockshox got us and you need to buy this proprietary tool to service your IPF. I only gave four stars because I think it should be a few bucks cheaper, but it's the way to go if you need it, right?
