This is the first scratching post (of many) that my cat doesn't like. does not climb and does not even scratch. The platforms are small and there is not enough space and they are not stable enough for my cat to climb on. She won't scratch it or sleep on it because the design doesn't give her enough space on each level to climb up and feel safe. I'll see if I can return it because almost $100 is a waste of money. Do not buy this if your cat is over 5 pounds or just skip it altogether. I waited a week for delivery and now I have a useless scratching post and need to order another one. Very disappointed.
