Revain's listing description contains a misleading chart listing a barrel length of 25". This description is wrong. The overall height is 25 inches, not the trunk height. I prefer long barrel floor pumps. The volume of air from the outlet of the pump housing to the pressure gauge and the tire is quite small. Pumps with a gauge on the bottom are generally better because less energy is wasted building pressure in the extra space (the amount of wasted energy is proportional to the volume of the whistling sound heard when the pump is separated from the tire). . no need. Had to tie a zip tie around the pump to hang it up on the fly when not in use. Strangely the item comes with a large piece of expensive plastic packaging used for retail hanging which becomes unusable once unpacked. Hang the pump up when not in use. while it works fine.
