I was very happy to get this beautiful dryer as it saves space in my small house. I've had many different styles of shelving over the years and am particularly happy to have a shelf that doesn't absorb moisture and stains (like wood) and doesn't rust (like many metal shelves). But there was a problem that was not warned about in any review I saw when I bought it almost a year ago. HE RELEASES! Well, if you are a person with unlimited patience and can spend endless time returning one bar while removing another and then repeat, repeat, repeat, then this game is for you! I don't have unlimited patience and I get very frustrated when it seems almost impossible to get all the bars back at once like in Whack-a-Mole and I don't like these types of games. One would wonder if I'd tried tightening the bars. My answer is: every screw held in the bars is covered with a factory installed dowel and they are already tightened. But more than that - I shouldn't have become the mechanic of a product that works so badly!
