Update (08/09/21): Having finished the whole tin of this product we have an update. Although this product is marketed as a recovery drink, my wife began using it as a pre-run supplement. She was very happy with the results. She said her runs were surprisingly wonderful. While regular running can be good, terrible, or great, she found that 99% of her runs were great with this product. That really motivated her to keep going. She says she would definitely recommend this product to anyone, but it can be very helpful for people returning to running or even running for the first time. It offers a wonderful, natural experience with no side effects. Still expensive so I'm increasing the rating to 4 stars. Summary: I ordered this because I really needed a reliable recovery product. I've worked a lot with trees. The work is hard, hot and sweaty. I took electrolytes "on time” but I needed something "after”. My wife suggested making beetroot juice, but this product turned out to be a much easier (and cheaper) option than juicing. It provides the oxide boost I need to recover without the punch juice mess. Pros: No sugar or natural ingredients; no side effects (such as twitching or tremors); mixes easily; refreshing taste (not the beet taste I was expecting). Disadvantages: cost; The mix ratio isn't listed on the Revain page (another reviewer downvoted 10-32 oz). Verdict: $60 for 20 servings, $3 per serving, 3 star rating. Will update once I have more performance data.
