This is without a doubt the most comfortable office chair I have ever owned! It's also beautiful and stylish. It's not big, so it fits perfectly on my table. If you're over 6 feet or over 250 pounds, you might want to try the Big and Tall version, as this chair is better suited for an average height adult. I was apprehensive about assembling it (I'm NOT interested in sports or mechanics!) but the instructions were pretty clear and all the necessary screws and tools were labeled and included. It took just under an hour - which could have been longer than if I had had help - but I was too impatient to start waiting for my husband to come home! TIP: Using an upside down empty crate as a "desk" helped a lot. Also, be sure to press firmly on the casters to secure them to the base before proceeding. Do not tighten the screws (as indicated in the instructions) that attach the backrest to the seat before attaching the armrests! You need slack for the loose screws to give you an opportunity to line up the screws and holes on the arms. The chair was packaged very well and arrived safe and sound - a day earlier than promised! This chair was also a lot cheaper (about 50% less) than other "executive office chairs" we found at Office Depot, Haverty's or Staples, and the quality is slightly higher. All in all I am very happy with this purchase! I plan on using it for quite a while - at least until I retire!
