I have two boys, 4 and 2. They don’t play on it as much as I had hoped. i was hesitant for my 2 year old to be so high up but he does great with it and he’s not the most cautious boy so I think it’s pretty safe! I’m not so sure I would buy it again for the price I paid, one of the screw turns already busted off and I have to make sure the position is stable bc every so often it will lean sightly so I’ll have to restablize it (this was an issue before the screw turn busted). I think it’s fun and it’s meant to be played on and that includes getting wear and tear I’ve had it for about a month but they do like it. I would recommend if found on a good deal.
